How to pay for the order?
  • Online - by Visa or Mastercard immediately after placing an order on the site (Liqpay service).
  • To the PrivatBank card, the number of which will be sent to e-mail after agreeing all the details of the order. Payment can be made in any branch of Privatbank through self-service terminals.
What is the price of shipment?

The price of shipment by Nova Poshta is 38-60 UAH depending on the weight of the order and the destination. All shipments are insured. We recommend checking the package for damages at the department of Nova Poshta and apply for compensation in case it has been damaged during transportation.

The price of shipment is included in the total sum of your order and is calculated automatically depending on the weight of your order and the destination.

How should I keep the butter?
Peanut butter is best before 6 months from the date of manufacturing (irrespective of the date when you opened the jar). The best temperatures are from -5°C to +25°C, so you can store the butter both at a room temperature and in the fridge (it is important to keep it away from the direct sunlight).
Why is peanut butter TOM liquid?
We grind peanuts in a colloid mill grinder at high speed, which allows getting finely ground creamy peanut butter. If you like thicker peanut butter – just keep it in the fridge :)
Why is there a pool of oil on the butter?
It is because we don’t add any thickeners and stabilizers. Oil on top of the butter is the main sign that there are no preservatives. If some oil appears, just stir the butter.
What is crunchy peanut butter?
Crunchy (from English ‘crunchy – making a sharp noise when bitten’) is peanut butter with pieces of peanuts which crunch when being eaten. We produce classical crunchy peanut butter and add crunch (pieces of peanuts) to other flavours.
Which peanut butter has the most calories?
Nutritional values of different flavours don’t differ too much (550-588 Kcal). Protein peanut butter and whey protein isolate peanut butter are the richest in proteins. Please go to the page with the butters to see the full info on nutritional values.
What is protein?

Protein is organic substance which is found in dairy products, meat, fish and legumes. We add whey protein concentrate – pure protein received from cow milk, without preservatives or flavour enhancers.

We also produce peanut butter with whey protein isolate (purified concentrate of whey protein with banana or chocolate flavours). Proteins constitute 86% in whey protein isolate and 77% - in concentrate.

What are the ingredients of white chocolate?
They are: sugar, cocoa-butter, dry whole milk, soy emulsifier, lecithin, natural extract of vanilla.
What are the ingredients of dark chocolate?
They are: white crystal sugar, cocoa, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, dry milk whey, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanilla nature-identical flavor enhancer.
Which peanut butter is the tastiest?

All TOM butters are tasty; we produce over 25 various flavours, so you need to choose your favourite. The sales hits are (apart from classical peanut butter) crunchy chocolate peanut butter (it is salty), dates and white chocolate peanut butter and protein peanut butter (vanilla flavour) and whey protein isolate butter (banana flavor).

We also recommend amazingly delicious Special edition butters made by unique author’s recipes. Our team’s favourites are cherry and dark chocolate peanut butter and white chocolate and cocoa beans peanut butter.

Which butter do you recommend to try first?

Basic peanut butters: classical (made of dry-roasted peanuts only) and crunchy (with pieces of peanuts). If you like sweet, we recommend chocolate peanut butter and Special Edition peanut butters made by unique author’s recipes.

Product Exchange and Return

«Maslotom» is a food manufacturer and guarantees the freshness, proper quality, and conformity of its products to their descriptions. All products are made from fresh ingredients in compliance with sanitary standards and the required storage conditions.

In accordance with Ukrainian legislation and Google’s policies, food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.

Upon receipt of the goods, please check the integrity of the original packaging, the expiry date, and make sure that the products correspond to your order.

We guarantee:

● the freshness and proper quality of our products;
● conformity of the goods to the description provided on the website;
● compliance with the required production and storage conditions;
● the proper condition of the original packaging.

After purchasing the goods, the buyer is responsible for complying with the storage conditions specified on the packaging.

Returns or exchanges are possible if:

● the product shows signs of improper quality at the time of receipt;
● the original packaging of the product is damaged;
● the product received does not correspond to the order placed.

To submit a request for an exchange or refund, please contact us within one hour of receiving the goods using any convenient communication channel listed on the website.

The request must include:

● a photo or video clearly showing the damage or signs of improper quality;
● a photo of the product packaging showing the expiry date and batch number;
● information about the relevant order or a document confirming the purchase of the goods.

Until a decision is agreed upon, the product and its original packaging must be retained.

In such cases, «Maslotom» may offer:

● an exchange for an identical product;
● a complimentary item from the manufacturer, by agreement;
● a full or partial refund.

The product is not subject to exchange or return if its quality has deteriorated as a result of the buyer’s failure to comply with the storage conditions specified on the packaging or after the product has been opened and used.
